Terrible customer service.
I have been a member of many Credit Unions and AA CU is by far the best .
just got off the phone trying to solve and issue with withdrawing funds and was given the worst customer service I have ever gotten. the lady i was speaking to was rude unhelpful and hung up one me. As soon as I figure out what is wrong with my card (since she hung up before fixing it) I will be closing my account.
I love this company. Best decision I've made was to join.
