This company is literally more of a pain to deal with than any medical insurance company. My home had hail damage and because of them after 6 months it is still not complete and it has turned into a full time job to get them to pay anything to the contractors. The insurance company check went to both myself and them and they hold it until the work is complete, but they will not even listen to their own inspection company on the progress of your work. Our mortgage was switched to Amerihome Mortgage. We are trying to sign up for biweekly payments. I have sent 4 emails in 7 days and have yet to receive any response. If this type of relationship continues will we need to refinance with another company with better communication.
Philip and Tricia did a wonderful job on my refinance of my home loan , everything went smoothly and the two were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I would recommend their services to any one without reservation. Well done
Honestly, they made the process EASY to understand so that I could get a lower rate on my home. Both Kenneth Ornelas and Michael Roe, did not pressure me into doing or signing anything without explaining all my questions and I had A LOT of questions. I thank them both for accommodating me and being patient with me. To have a smooth process that worked for me.

Worst Mortgage Company - completely unacceptable experience with a $10k refund for overpaid escrow. Amerihome received refund from tax authority on January 18, 2019 - I still have not received the refund from Amerihome. The only thing I've received is one run around after another. I hope they sell my mortgage - a loan shark would be more appealing to work with.
