Annabelle ***** worked hand in hand with Jonathan to streamline the requests for documents. Great customer service.
After under-estimating our mortgage payment by $2K - they have failed to apply the payment of the $2K escrow payment to the escrow account. Instead, they applied it to the monthly payment with as additional amount towards the principle. I have called and email for weeks and the problem has not been solved. It should be a simple fix. I would not recommend this mortgage company!!!! Beware of the poor customer service!!

The experience working with this company on refinancing has been beyond frustrating. Refinancing process dragged until the very last day. First, original disclosure provided to me for signature included lender's credit and a lot lower fees to basically get me started with refinancing process, and then it was changed about a month into the process without any explanation. Explanation was given 24 hours before final documents needed to be signed, when we had an option to walk away and start the process all over again with diff... read more
The initial home loan with them went great and in general their customer service is great. However, stay away from their refinance department. They will say and do anything to get you to hand over money you will never see back if things do not work out. They also end up having three different people working on your refinance loan so it gets confusing who is doing what and who you contact.
