My loan is currently under review for loan assistance. I call once a week to check the status and as of today the customer service provided by the agent was unacceptable. Not only did the agent raise her voice at me she also decided to end my phone call. I am currently experiencing a financial loss and medical issues with my family. The last thing I need added to my stress is unprofessionalism from my mortgage company. They are an A+ company in my book! Our loan officer, David ********, was excellent to work with. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered any questions that I had and made the mortgage process much easier than I thought it would be. Anytime that I had to leave a VM he answered ASAP. I have been a customer with Amerihome for almost 1.5yrs. It all started from last december when i decided to request waiver of my escrow. I initiated this request around 22nd december 2017. I spoke to CSR and per their suggestion, i sent my first email requesting waiver with the details they suggested. I had received no response for my request. My mortgage was sold to Amerihome and I wish every day they would sell my loan. I paid twice the principal every year in January and yet every year they just hold the money and put it towards next month so I end up building more interest for an entire month. I spent over 2 hours on the phone waiting for them to fix my problem then when they finally said they fixed it I checked my account a week later and it was not fixed. The idiots never responded to my emails, they are still charging me PMI even though I have LTV of 44%. They have no customer service!! The "service" is absolutely unacceptable. Quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced. I have received different answers from every representative I have spoken with, after being on the phone for over 30 minutes of course, with no progress towards my problem (on multiple occasions). To whom it may concern , I just closed on a cash out Refinance through Amerihome mortgage , my loan officer was Cynthia Rae StClair. I can't say enough good about working with Cynthia. She was very knowledgeable about the process and had answers to any questions I may have had . She made the whole process a breeze. I'm sure anyone else that has the pleasure of working with her will agree.
