Craig is very good as promising you the earth, but our experience has been consistently infuriating. Excuses after excuses. If it’s not his ‘bad back’, it’s his staff that haven’t turned up, or suppliers have let him down, it’s never ending. We were let down repeatedly with a pick up date for our van, when it was eventually ready, stuff was missing.
