They charged me for the application, which was non-refundable. I'm ok with that as long as things get processed properly. I was told that I would have an answer within two business days. And that there was an apartment that would be ready within two weeks. The application never got processed at all. They gave me the run-around for two weeks, avoiding my phone calls and voice mails. DON'T DO IT. Horrible experience with this company. THEY ARE GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY!!! Been staying in one of their New Jersey buildings for about 3 years and they don't give us any help when we ask for it. Tried to ask for a rent decrease DURING PANDEMIC and they refuse to help lower the rent (NO REMORSE AT ALL? CMON). No help or even a rent freeze whatsoever. Right off the bat, please save yourself the money in towing fees alone and don't move here. This complex has worked out a kickback program with a towing company and they have about 5 cars a night towed! They issue more stickers than there are spots and tow visitors cars as well. They let you go without hot water for a week at a time and whenever you go to your car you're greeted with an overwhelming amount of garbage overflowing into the parking lot. I was a tenant at ******* at ******* Center, Centreville Va. After two and a half years I vacated. The process to leave was horrible. Your team, including ******** from corporate, are insensitive, rude, and disrespectful. TL, DR; - Management egregiously charged us a late rental payment fee, owes us for faulty heating, and has not fixed the parking garage gate which has led to multiple car break-ins. Details below. Issue 1- On March 2, Alesio emails residents that the rent payment is down (see attached picture). The email says check every few hours (who has time for that) but also they would email us again when it is fully functional. On the surface, the property seems great, especially for those commuting to the city. In reality, there are at least 2 elevators down daily, the staff is incredibly rude, the appliances are all dated so they are constantly broken, if you like cock roaches they are abundant, if you have a car you will likely have lyme deposit all over it, if you enjoy hot showers don't expect them here (we were without hot water for a month), the quality of the tenants has deteriorated as they have had to lower prices to keep the building ful... read more

Lovely landscape and outer appearance. Absolutely atrocious property management and office staff. Unprepared for new tenant move-in (5-6 work orders submitted within my first 24 hours) and NO urgency from office staff to address tenant concerns other than stating maintenance staff was preoccupied and ?It will be done ASAP?. Spoke with longer-term tenants who told me the issues I?ve had are common and their experiences have left them prepared to pursue lawsuits. This place is the absolute worst! Was lied to about the appointment amenities, laundry never works, they never put salt down for ice or shovel the snow. Forget about getting to work before noon if it snows because they don't start plowing until 2! The hallway and outdoor lights do not work and you can never get an answer from the people in the office! They have to be the rudest people I have ever met. REPORT THE " VERY VERY BAD" SITUATION ON ***************- THE ****** APARTMENTS "HAVE RATS ON THE APARTMENT" AND THE PHOTOS POSTED ON THE ******* WEBSITES ITS NOT TRUE.
