The property manager Douglas ********* lacks communication, professionalism, morals, and integrity. He is a scam artist and a liar. BEWARE STAY FAR FROM THE ******* PROPERY IN PICKERINGTON, OH. He doesn't care about the properties, the tenants, or doing his job. Not to mention everything is done to cut corners.

By far the worst place you could ever rent from. Nugent the property manager is very rude and unprofessional and mold and mildew exposure he doesn't think is important. I am suffering from lung infections from it. And will be looking into further relief from legal system. Also, hazardous Wire exposure and dead rats all around facilities. Place needs to be shut down.

RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. ******* Park Apartments has a ROACH AND MICE ISSUE. I have been complaining about this issue for 6 months and nothing has been resolved. the exterminator came out once a week for 6 months. They know they have a problem but try to blame the residents. I have been told by people who have lived here for YEARS have said that there has always been an issue. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

I wish I can give this ZERO, in **** I am a victim of domestic violence and need to move out of my apartment for safety reasons. The Apartment was called Park Place at that time and now goes by the name ******** I followed all the protocols including emailing them and send out my police report and letter from the domestic violence shelter with moved me 4 hours away from my abuser. You have taken over properties and made life for the older community very difficult. Your brash style and difficult rules plus how you bully residents into paying more is despicable. No one should rent from you. Ever. Stay away!!
