Somehow this Harbor group management company appeared on my credit report for renting a house or apartment in Maryland. I live in New York City and own a 3-unit building where I lived pretty much all my life I never lived in the state of Maryland I've been calling these people repeatedly leaving messages explaining my issue no one has respond to me. First moved in and hose was connected to washer tightly and incorrectly . While attempting to unscrew the hose the hose broke which cause a major flood . Took emergency maintenance two hours to finally come and turn the water off which cause neighbors house to flood as well . Apartments then contacted me and told me I had to file a insurance claim for th damages which then led to me having to come out of pocket almost 700.00 . May, 2017 If I could give them a negative star review I would. We currently live in a complex managed by this company located in Pikesville Maryland. A pipe burst in the upstairs neighbor's bathroom sending water flooding through our apartment. Our kitchen, front entry, second bedroom, bathroom and living room were completely flooded at 1am on a Thursday night. This place is horrible and it is not surprising they get an F as their score. It is also not surprising they're not accredited by BBB. We have had a horrible experience here and there is not enough room here to list everything. They give lip service and only collect rent. We would not recommend Somerset Largo (harbor group management) to anyone that wants to stay sane and enjoy a peaceful existence. They collect rent only!
The review below concerns Woodchase Creek apartments, a subsidiary of Harbor Management: My fiancé's vehicle was vandalized and burglarized multiple times due to unacceptable lighting in the parking lot and insufficient perimeter security personnel and cameras.
