The property management all the way to corporate office is horrible!! I have emailed and called several times in the past two months and still no one has followed up. I've had so many issues since I moved in of Aug 2021 and nothing has been resolved. DO NOT move into any of their properties, management has no concern for their residents.

i wish there was a ZERO review. poor management/Harbor Group at apartment. i have lived and been a LOYAL RESIDENT at this complex for 7 years and never been late on rent however this is by far the worst management. management ignored almost all service request. last summer my AC was out for several week when it was over 90 degrees . despite multiple request and call it took them forever to repair. the AC leak water into my room and damage my clothes and carpet and i never did get an apology. my concern is that again last wee... read more

My spouse, and mentally ill daughter live in a 2 bedroom apt in New Orleans Apts. In Secane PA. We are retired and on a fixed income. Our rent went up exponentially this year after 15 yrs. of residency. We were late for rent 1 time many years ago. We are good tenants. Having no transportation we are pretty much confined to our home. Consequently we don't need showers every day, maybe 2 times a wk. ea. I cook one hot meal a day, one pot of coffee. The property manager Douglas ********* lacks communication, professionalism, morals, and integrity. He is a scam artist and a liar. BEWARE STAY FAR FROM THE ******* PROPERY IN PICKERINGTON, OH. He doesn't care about the properties, the tenants, or doing his job. Not to mention everything is done to cut corners.
