We have been waited for a referral credit if $200 for over 6 months and we nothing but lame excuses on why we havent received it yet. Plus we are paying for a gated community and the gate has been broken for 3 months. We should receive a credit for them not providing what we are paying for. This management office is pathetic!

I currently live in Averelle North Hills (Raleigh NC). I have never had such a terrible experience with housing. I have holes that need to be patched, water damage, pest and so much more. This company was made aware by the city of repairs that needed to be done for safety and compliance PRIOR to my moving in. The city itself deemed my unit to be unsafe I have been in this unit for close to two months (i resided in a unit in the same building a year prior) and not a single effort to repair has begun. I moved out of Reserve at Pebble Creek apartments in Texas on August 3rd 2023. I was sent an invoice of the amount I’d be receiving for my returned deposit which is actually incorrect due to me having paid the water bill before I left and that’s what was deducted from my original deposit. Monterey Village in Jonesboro, GA is the worst…DO NOT MOVE INTO ****!!! idc what they tell yal, do not move into this raggedy unit!!! What’s crazy is that this is one of the “RENOVATED” units…it’s sooo trash! I hate the flooring! it’s not worth the money! I moved to Woodlake Reserve in July of 2020. This was before Harbor Group took the property over. When i moved out i was charged fees for the most ridiculous reasons. I got charged for "extra cleaning, carpet resurfacing and carpet replaced. When i asked why am i being charged for this, i was told the company who did it charged us so we have to charge you. Harbor Group Management has been a nightmare to deal with so far. I live at their Capri on Camelback location in Phoenix AZ and have been having an issue with my internet connection for well over a month and their team has been incredibly hard to communicate with and they show little to no concern for my problem. I work from home so internet is incredibly important to me when I am moving to a new place. I moved out of The Amber Chase Apartments in McDonough, Ga on August 26,2023. I made sure I cleaned and returned all keys to this property. I called last week about receiving my deposit back and I haven't received a call back yet. They have already moved in people into that apartment. I made sure I took pictures and video of the apartment cleaned and no damages. here's my complaint and the lamest possible response. nothing done...i did get a few trash pick ups after many emails and phone calls. 2 weeks ago management is unresponsive, the building has been without outside security lights. two cars have had windows smashed. valet service doesn't see the trash cans and no pick up is happening...********year for valet service. the pool is has been opened maybe 22 days in the past two years. an apartment fire that occurred over a month ago fills the hallway with fire damaged materials an... read more

This company and the property managers they employ are scammers. They don’t care about anything but getting extra money through any little thing they can.
