If I could give less than 1 star I would. Your office managers Carla ****** and Lisa ****** for your apartments in Dayton, OH are complete imbeciles. They have no care about anyone. I have mold growing on my air vent, placed a service request 6/20/22. When July came around and they charged me late fee for rent I brought it up considering I SHOULD put my rent into ESCROW and breaking my lease. Extremely unprofessional, and very rude. Harbor management group are a total scam. Their property ***** ******" shows a complete lack of concern for their residents needs. SAVE YOUR MONEY these are pest infested apartments.

This management company really doesn't care about its tenants. They allow them to break the lease in multiple ways and would rather have animosity amongst their tenants over petty things like having a parking spot in front of your house, well you can't because they allow people to run mechanics businesses out of the parking g lot and won't enforce the lease that states you can only have a certain number of cars making it to where loyal tenants can't even park in front of their unit. The property manager Staci ******* well as the Leasing Specialist Samantha ********* are bullies as well as racist. AC has been out for several weeks and still refuse to fix problem. Have been harassed and threatened not to call into the office regarding this matter any longer. Was hung up on talked to in a condescending manner. Professionalism does not exist within this organization. Whole corporation from top to bottom is filled with evil hatred and pure disregard to human life.

I have lived at ********** West **** in Mint Hill for 5 years. Three years on second floor. When I first rented it was with a different owner. Since this time it has changed hands two more times. Management here is awful!!! I should have moved this year, but did not have enough time to fine something I could afford. Covid and the terrible government we have in Washington has almost killed all of us. I asked to transfer from 2nd floor to 1st floor apt that became available.
