I live at cedarwood apt in Lexington ** *****ever since this company took over we are having a lot of problems leasing manager Bambi hardly ever answer the phone or voicemail or emails at the office from caseworkers from housing authority my caseworker last yr had to contact corporate directly because the leasing manager not doing her job. Yesterday 2-22-23 my caseworker reaches out to me telling me no one is answering phones answering voicemail or emails this is insane causing people a lot of stress.

My girlfriend and I have lived in Park-Line for over two years, among the first residents. *******managed it before Harbour Group, but we experienced pipe sounds, which they couldn't fix, and kept our rental rate the same with a free month. Harbour Group took over, and we had issues with late and parking fees, and they raised our rent by $***** without addressing the pipe sounds. After a painter knocked a building security light off center that now shines in my apartment, I was told that the painters have to repair it because no one working for the apartment complex can get on a ladder. Then I was told I was responsible for connecting with the painters to get them to readjust it. Just to catch them when they are there. Absolutely Horrible Company!! For any one looking to move in here, I will save you the trouble ( Don't). I have lived here since 2020, they moved me in late 2 days before the month was over and I still had to pay for the whole month. They are slow at literally everything! If you need anything fixed? forget about it. They took over 6 months before fixing the Mold and Hole in my utility room. If I could, give them a 0.XXXXXXX, I would. In 6 yrs I have not had my carpet cleaned after requesting it every year. There are holes in the foundation under my carpet I have reported for 3 years and no one wants to do anything about it. Still they raise rent XXX-XXX every year. Now due to a change made after I signed my lease, they say they will not be giving me the rate they stated would be on my portal to pay, but a *** increase will be made on top of the already *** increase.

This company is horrible. They do not answer their phone, they don't return voicemails. They don't answer emails. When you walk in, they are chatting and having a great time. It took me 6 months to get a working dishwasher. And it actually broke after a week. I am missing drawers that I have been asking to be replaced for months. there is dog feces EVERYWHERE, they don't clean up. They don't enforce the rules. $1,400 a month for peeling vinyl floors, appliances that all leave, chipping for my countertops one pool that is a mosquito breeding ground cesspool for the last at least 5 years, each Management group is worse than the last. Work orders take months and months and months to get done, if you're that lucky. Hot tub has also been out of commission for years. How can they still advertise this as luxury living?

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Your office managers Carla ****** and Lisa ****** for your apartments in Dayton, OH are complete imbeciles. They have no care about anyone. I have mold growing on my air vent, placed a service request 6/20/22. When July came around and they charged me late fee for rent I brought it up considering I SHOULD put my rent into ESCROW and breaking my lease.
