This company does not care about their residents or their lives. They only care about money. They will allow criminals, addicts and unhinged people to move in, threaten you, and break into your place. I have nightmares and ptsd from my experience due to their lack of professionalism and the assault That happened as a result. Coming here, I thought I would love the apartment in which I do, but the amount they charge for cheaply made walls, tiling, and appliances is appalling. The paint on the ceiling is peeling off, I've lost some tiles from the bathroom, the master bathtub couldn't even be scrubbed clean. Soo many complaints. The bathrooms get mold easily, there's a draft from the living room base board since there's a gap all around. The paint of the walls are so cheap you can't wipe them to clean them. They unfairly evicted me. Turned the money down then took me to court. Do not move in there. Nothing was fixed.

All these people care about is over charging their residents. They will do anything in there power to get people to brake the agreement. Smh they as a business should be ashamed. You business people beed to go back and rethink your core values. Just bad all around!

Im a resident in Meadow View, in College Park GA. THERES NOTHING LUXURY ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. I've had problems with this property since day 1. Maintenance never came to fix things that were broken or missing since the day I moved in. The apartment was filled with pests. They would not bomb or send pest control even after requesting verbally multiple times. My AC unit was broken the entire time I lived in the apartments up until mid May. ******** ***** ********** is horrible place to rent from. I moved in Oct. 30th, 2022 and there wasn't a working a/c & apartment was at 88 degrees. Master bathtub was dirty & the water would not drain. (I have not been able to use master bathtub since I moved in. I called management about this when I moved in). The guest bathtub was also dirty & has several cracks in the bottom of it. (It has a very slow drain). The master bathroom sink takes 30 minutes or more to drain & it was not cleaned. The worst part about having a business is finding good employees. The staff conduct themselves like juvenile delinquents and management isn’t any better. I’ve reached out to corporate several times about continuous over charges of rent. They refunded my $200 and now they’re trying to get it back by overcharging me again. They control the amount of money that is taking out of your accounts. They reject payments after the fifth day of the month just so you’d have a late fee. There is mold throughout the entire building Specifically, I have found black mold on the mirror in the bathroom. I realize what it was do to skin and hair being affected from hair loss and skin rashes and stomach issues and she told me that my health problems weren’t coming from that aalso,the Porter or in the company naming head of maintenance on property told her that it was not mold or fungus and someone in the front office called csp making false allegation so they don’t have to do what needs to be done
