Amanda did the hair and makeup for my wedding in October. I just found her doing a search online. It was great to have done a pre-trial as I had no idea what I wanted, so a bit of a play around with hairstyles ended up to be the perfect style that I felt myself in as well as the makeup. I loved my private make up lessons with Amanda, she was very responsive to what I was wanting (I was interested in a very natural look) and tailored it according to my needs. She's super lovely and I feel much more confident doing my own make up now.
Booking Amanda for my wedding was such a great decision. We had an in-depth consultation 3 months before the day to discuss and try out hair and make-up looks. Once sorted, she made notes and took photos for reference on the big day. My flattering make-up and up-do lasted throughout the day without any need for a touch up, except extra lipstick prior for photos. I really loved my hair and makeup on my wedding day. Amanda really took care on our trial, listened to my ideas and made changes to make sure the look on the day was exactly what I was after. It lasted well on such a hot day. We ran a little late but that was definitely on me as well. Would recommend Amanda to any brides (don't be like me and be the last to get your make up done!)
