Dr. Jeff and his staff get 5 stars for all the qualities that are important to me when entrusting a dentist to care for my teeth. There is a seriousness in their care that gives me confidence that they are paying attention to all aspects of good dental care. Dr. Jeff thoroughly explains procedures. His expertise shows even as he uses the most up to date equipment. I'm 69 years old and expect my teeth will last me all my life. I feel Dr. Jeff shares this goal too.
I have extreme dental phobia. My husband and I are not wealthy, and cannot really afford expensive dental care, but we continue to see the dentists at ATDC specifically because of Gina. She is a thoughtful, gentle, and skilled care worker, and I am able to go to the dentist regularly because of her.
I have been going to Always There Dental Care for a very long time. They have cared for me through the many ups and downs or changes in my life. My experience is that they take the very best care of me that any doctor and human being can give. Recently, I had open heart surgery. When I moved to Chicago five years ago, I needed to find a new dental care. I found Always There Dental Care (ATDC) by chance. Well, not so much chance - they were close to where I live, so were conveniently located. How fortunate that has turned out for me! My son has strong opinions. Most 9 year olds do. After his teeth cleaning and check up I asked if he wanted to go to his old (pediatric dentist) dentist or come here (always there). In a very cool nonchalant manner he told me "here". That is impressive stuff. I love Always there dental care. To have my son like them too is nothing short of…a really big smile

I just came back from Always There Dental Care after getting recommended to them from a friend of mine. Before seeing Dr. Scott, I kept going back to the same dentist that had done some major work on my teeth over the last 7 years (root canals, crowns, etc). The right side of my mouth has always caused me problems since the work was done - sensitivity to hot/cold and biting down on hard food like nuts. From the excellent dentists, hygienists, and technicians to all of the support staff at reception, their goal is to provided the highest quality service in the most pleasant setting.
