Always and Forever really are amazing!! They have the most incredible selection of dresses. Zohra was absolutely fantastic! I finally said yes to the dress last night having found the perfect dress with them! She understood exactly what I was looking for, only showed me dresses within my budget and helped me to find the perfect dress for my wedding. I cannot recommend A&F more highly. I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your bridal shop. My experience leading up to my wedding was not only disappointing but has left me traumatized, as I feel my special day was severely impacted. Omg I don’t know where to begin!…I will try to get to point of why I am so impressed with this shop and in particular a worker there called Zohra. I found a dress on their website called queenliness by pollardi which is extremely stunning! But the dress wasn’t in the store. I had made up my mind that I want this dress but to give myself a little taster I asked if I could try on some that could make me vision it. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team and Always and forever for the amazing service they provided . My dress was made completely bespoke, the detachable sleeves and more length was added to create my dream dress. Zohara and the team were supportive and reassuring throughout my journey and come highly recommended. The shop is stunning, clean and spacious and can truly feel the warmth and delight from the staff when I said yes to the dress, Thanks so much again! 🥰
