Visited the store yesterday after booking an appointment and it was fantastic! As a first time bride and totally clueless Tia was a heaven sent wedding angel, she was so knowledgeable and friendly she made my day so special and made me and my guests feel very comfortable ( its not everyday a stranger has their hands all over you!) I unfortunately didn't buy a dress from Tia as I found one elsewhere which was more my style, but I was so impressed with her customer service and overall experience that I had to leave a review. She makes you feel welcomed and at ease the minute you walk in the door and helps you quickly indicate which styles work best for you.

Tia was so kind and helpful! I went in with absolutely no idea what I wanted and have left having worked my way through all the possible styles, necklines, dress shapes, colours... everything! Throughout the whole think Tia was so kind and really encourages me through it all, without putting me under pressure to buy or get going quickly! I'll definitely be back- Tia could not have done more for us!

Tia is fantastic. From the moment I walked through the door she was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I tried on so many different dresses, and not at any point did I feel rushed. Tia and Paula got to know me and what I liked and picked out a few 'wild cards' (one of which was in my final two, which shows they know exactly what they are doing!)
