When I went to Dr.Zaks to discuss my rapid weight gain among other symptoms, he said that because I was in my 30’s now, I just needed to diet and exercise. My mom has been sick for 5 days took her to ER waited over an hour ....we were told we needed to wait for the room to be cleaned waited another half hour then was told they didn't have an appropriate bed for her what!!!!-! Just take care of her she is flipping sick man!!!!!
They are not at all set up to provide the pediatric care we needed but refused to transfer us to Sanford even though their pediatric neurologist was out sick and could not even come in to read our sons EEG yet they still wanted us to have it done there. It all boils down to the money. I have never been so frustrated in my entire life. I have filed a complaint with the ND Board of Medicine.
It does no good to complain because nothing changes if you do...and to try and talk to someone who really cares how things are being handled instead of just being patronizing is impossible. Yor Home supplies always messes up and then says oh well sorry. I ordered necessary oxygen tubing and a filter for my machine on WED. 2/14/2018 that was to get mailed out the next day. I had surgery on my neck and this was the worse care I have ever recieved I was left in bloody bed after my drain came loose I believe C N A came in and put it back together she wore no gloves and didn't wash hands left me with blood allover. Your facility makes me want to die. You hurt people you don't help them. Your only for profit of your bank account. My organs are visibly prolapse and you say that I'm a hypochondriac and that it's all in my head. Altru u are a disease to the people you pretend to help
