If you don't mind waiting an hour past your scheduled appt I guess it's okay but the business office really sucks. They demand you pay more than you can afford. I realize a bill is a bill but most times they are unforseen. They are so impatient and in a hurry to turn over to a collection agency. I believe they maybe in financial trouble themselves. Would serve them right. Sure wish we had another hospital in this town. We would have but altru had to put a stop to that afraid of competition I guess

My husband and I brought our 11 month old daughter in yesterday for what we thought may be a possible bladder infection, as I used to get them all the time when I was a baby & ended up with surgery at 3 for it. We also noticed her pulling at her left year, and as soon as we got there noticed she had broke out into a rash onto her full body. They checked her nose, throat, then her ears.
