They refuse to accept payments under $650 and send you to collections the first chance they get! We need a new hospital in the Grand Forks area!
This company is a joke! They don't have anything together. Hope it goes out of business and Sanford is the only option.

They injected me with toradol, which is NOT working and then give me a script for Indocin, which I can't take immediately (even though I need IMMEDIATE pain relief) because it will react badly with the toradol. I asked if I could take 1 dose before leaving, to make sure it will provide relief (since I pay for my prescriptions out of pocket and have little money, I don't want to pay for meds that do not work). They have no idea what they are doing. No customer service there anymore.
They are very caring and they staff is so helpful. They have excellent doctors & nurses there. They made my journey easier to get through.
They are jerks and they always call me a abuser of my girl friend and act like I am a total idiot. When they came to help my girl friend they acted like I hurt her when she was having a flare up.
My 9 year old daughter fractured her ankle last night and we saw Dr Haug this morning. He was fantastic!! The entire team of nurses, x-Ray techs and ortho/casting techs were caring and compassionate. A wonderful experience!
I've been watching the ground squirrels in the fields next to s 34 street. If one had Ebola we'd be dead.
