Very enjoyable. It is many years since I last visited, and the whole experience was extremely good.
Nice grounds, good picnic area and the house was very interesting.
We do visit Althorp as often as we can we always like to go around the time of Diana's Death, to place flowers on the memorial by the lake. Its lovely to be able to walk round the Estate where directed . We do feel the gift shop could have some items related to Diana but this is just our opinion. We would like to suggest in 2027 at Diana's anniversary of her Death,there could be some sort of celebration/ remembrance while the house is open to the public that year, we always leave having had a good day out.

A lovely day out visiting the beautiful house and grounds. The staff were very friendly and informative, Diane in particular has a incredible knowledge of the house and family history. The food in the cafe was lovely with a good choice of sandwiches, rolls and cakes. The gift shop has some lovely unique items. We will definitely visit again xx
