Kathy A Justin O. was a very knowledgeable Service Technician. He went over everything on the protection plan, and explained everything he would be doing. He told me what to expect after the treatment, he told me what he would be doing on the initial treatment and kept me informed of each step. He was very courteous through out the entire procedure. Good job!!!

We have only had the initial treatment so cannot speak to the outcome, but can say that John H. conducted himself professionally and was well spoken and detailed in his personalized service descriptions.
Initial service John H performed our first service by Alterra. He was very polite. The service was professional and thorough as he sprayed inside the house, treated outside, removed spider webs and even took care of our rose garden. I was impressed with the quality of service. Overall, very good.

Alterra Service Jake P did a great job listening about our current issues and explaining what he would be doing as part of the service to manage those issues. Will definitely be referring him to other neighbors.
First Impression I'm new to the Alterra world but so far, extremely impressed. Justin O was very well mannered and it was obvious that he cared for his job and for the customer. Very professional. He explained the service up front and made sure I was aware of what he was doing through out the process. Would not hesitate to recommend to a family or friend based on this first experience alone.
first pest control visit Adam C came over and did a great job in telling me what he was going to do and went through all parts of the exterior and took care of any pests hanging around, no matter where they were. Extended his cleaner to get all the way up to the roof, very impressed with that, and sprayed to all difficult spots. I love that they are using all natural stuff and won't be a problem for my 2 yr old. keep it up,I look forward for next visit to rid all bugs inside the home
