Alterra Both Alterra representatives that we have had have been wonderful: courteous, professional, and effective in their treatment of spiders, wasps, etc. Today we had James Cross. He impressed us with the time he took to examine and thoroughly treat the areas around the house and in the garage, where we had the greatest problem. We can already see the difference (almost no spiders).
Susan M Matthew C my service pro was out for the first service. He was very professional. He explained the plan and what he was doing today. He treated for specific pests, which is more than my previous pest person did. I like the pro-active attitude of this company. I am impressed so far.
Stephanie G. Adam C. and Doran B. were extremely nice and explained everything they were doing. They took their time and made sure they got everything. I would and will recommend them to everyone i know.
Exceptional service Prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable made Jeff Roche a great service professional. However, what really impressed me was his respect for my house. I had been working out in the yard before he came, so I took off my shoes when we went inside to spray the basement. Jeff noticed and immediately removed his shoes as well. Wow! It is refreshingly nice to have that level of attention and service without even asking, and with an infant in the house we really appreciated this.
Quarterly Treatments Zaric Bushnell came out today for my first treatment. He explained what he was doing and let me know I should call if I see any pests around after about a week or so. I was also impressed with his white dress shirt w/logo on. Very professional. Don't know how the treatments are going to work yet.
Chis H. Rocks Chris H. came out to our house with very short notice to take care of our wasp and ant problem. This visit was free because they are already treating our house under the four season plan. He went above and beyond and found the queen wasp under our fence post cap and even cauked it for us--going way above and beyond! I would totally recommend requesting Chis H!
Wow Recognition Program Justin O, the Alterra service rep, was friendly, polite and very professional. It is a real pleasure to do business with this company. They have a business model that stresses customer satisfaction. Justin aked for my feedback and reminded me that I could call anytime if they needed to come back to our home in between their quarterly scheduled service dates.
