Friendly Service Professional Justin O came out to our house to spray. This was our first experience with Alterra. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job. He provided a wonderful first impression of this company!
Amy B On 7/29 I had Justin O come to my house to respray because I was unable to be there the first time they sent someone out and I wanted to make sure that the inside of the garage and basement were done also. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Justin O. was a very professional and a knowledgeable Service Technician. He reviewed the protection plan and explained the process that he was going to do. Justin went over the referral program and what to expect over the next year with each treatment. He was one of the most courteous technicians Ive ever had in our home. Alterra is not your ordinary pest control service. We will definitely refer your services to our friends!

Alterra is Pretty Good! I have been using Alterra since this spring and I have had pretty good results. David Rydman is probably the best service guy I've had because he sprayed the inside of the house when I complained of spiders and answered all my questions about the spray and even told me a little about spiders! Plus, he treated the outside of my house (standard for Alterra). I think my roach problem has abated and I'm hoping that the spider problem will now be solved too.
Customer Justin O was did a great job in explaining, in full, all of their services. The service was way above what we had received from our previous provider. If the ongoing service is anything like the first impression, we will be recommending them to all of our friends!!
Great job Daniel W did a great job. He was helpful in explaining what he would be doing and also how it would work.
