Pest treated despite the cold John H. came to our home on what was one of the coldest, windiest days this fall (wind chill in the 20's). After arriving to check if there was anything that needed special attention, he went right to work completing the task as he said he would.
Justin O. Justin was back on Nov. 16 to do our fall treatment. Unfortunately, we weren't home, so I didn't get a chance to talk with him this time. I was a bit disappointed because he is such a nice guy, does a good job, and knows what he is talking about, so like to talking to him. We want him to be our service "guy" every time. Joe
Justin O Service Justin O is always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products and how to address our bug problems. He calls to double-check to be sure of the issue on the call-backs to be able to address the situation properly. He's great!
Christine H Alterra still has to prove itself as EFFECTIVE, though the SERVICE so far has been very good. This fall is proving to be a big challenge in having big spider problems. I am hoping with todays' spraying, our problems will be eliminated. Justin was very courteous and helpful and it looked like he did an awesome job of applying a new house spraying. Alterra backs up their work so I shouldn't have anything to worry about!!
