Taylor P. was very prompt, courteous and answered all of my questions. Was concerned about using chemicals around pets but he was very careful and assured me after allowing time to dry, there would be no problems.
Brad Sodenkamp was prompt and quick, which is especially nice on a weeknight. He addressed all of the areas of concern for the house.
Brandon P. was a very professional and knowledgeable salesman. Thomas B. was also friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Spiders and wasps be gone!!
Nate W. arrived exactly on time to perform our service, as well as being courteous and thorough in detailing what services he would be performing, etc. Despite the incredible heat, he was very professional and pleasant! I might also add that our sales rep, Chandler, was also extremely professional and not pushy, like some tend to be. Overall, a great experience so far!
Aaron came to our house to re-treat for the ants that were in our kitchen. He tracked the trail to behind an outlet, so he unscrewed the faceplate and treated inside the housing. He was very pleasant and thorough. Though I had asked only for a re-treatment of the kitchen, he also sprayed the basement for spiders. I appreciate the fact that there was no charge for the re-treatment.

I have always used Ortho home defense myself around my home but was never completely satisfied with the results. I continued to have issues spiders and smaller "bugs" infiltrating my home. Nate W. from Alterra listened to all of my concerns and addressed them. He even took care of some hornets nests in my attic! He was very professional and took the time to make sure I was happy with the service.
Excellent service by Cameron B. very satisfied.
