Technician Dustin Stohr is a terrific gentleman, a professional like everyone in the Indy area with whom we've interacted, and he took time to explain the facts to us of what to expect and when. Benson had the absolute best timing. I had been fighting the ant population for weeks. I'd get rid of them from one spot and they would pop up in a new space, it was driving me nuts! Benson came to our door, presented himself, the company and their services. He was very pleasant, courteous and informative. The next day Nate showed up to proceed with the services and again presented himself, the company and their services in such a polite and informative manner. Very pleased!
Brad was a true hero. Our new dog who is not yet trained ran out of the front, and Brad chased her down the neighborhood. He eventually caught her much to the relief of my fiancé. We are greatly appreciative of his service. He should get more than just $5. Danielle N
