First off, Alterra service techs beg people to jump on here and give them good reviews because they get paid extra for them...I would have given Alterra a higher rating but their product is worthless. They actually have a much stronger product in their arsenal but apparently you have to keep calling and calling, in my case 5 times, along with two emails to managers, an email to corporate and two unreturned phone calls before they will use it. Dan did a great job on my first quarterly visit. He was very thorough, asked if I had any problem areas or wanted him to spray inside, and explained I could call anytime if I needed them to come back out. The technician I had for my initial treatment was great too, but I can't remember his name.

Nate Hannon did an excellent job during our first treatment. He was polite and professional and spent the time explaining the program and asking if we had any problem areas. I would request he completes our quarterly visits.

We have had infestation of large spiders that we have treated with store bought sprays for the last few years. I was thankful when the service man, Taylor Price, came to call. I was leery about adding another financial commitment being that I am unemployed but he came up with a plan to get me started. I am so thankful I went ahead, myself and my children are very fearful of spiders. The team was quick in applying and so far they are going away as planned
