I just had Alterra come out to spray for bugs on the first round of treatment. Cameron was very knowledgable, sat down on the porch with me and told me what to expect. These guys are the best! We were overrun with ants. One trip... no more ants. A year and a half later they came back. Alterra to the rescue, they don't give up until the pests are gone.
My front porch had a massive spider problem. The nests and webs would appear right after i knocked them down. My first service was awesome. The service pro who said he was Nigeria was one of the hardest workers I have seen. My house looked great when he left. My second service Pro Blake B. did an equally outstanding job. I can now walk out my front door without catching a spider web in the face.
I am very impressed with Lisa in your customer service department. She left me a message today that was personal, pleasant and sincere. It was the kind of message that made you want to call back and speak only to her! Her love for people shone through the phone. You all have a wonderful asset in her!! Keep her happy!

Geat Service Initial visit was with Tim N. He was on time, polite and explained everything he was going to and answered all my questions. He also pointed out some problem areas that I had not seen. First application went very well.
