Jaysee Soto gave me back my hearing! I have several hearing aids that don' t work and don't fit, but Jaysee found the perfect match for me. To determine my hearing concerns, I had a extensive exam that went far beyond my other hearing exams, leading to hearing aids that are comfortable and actually work. The office staff is professional and accomodating. They worked with my insurance to get me the best price on my hearing aids. I highly recommend Altamonte Family Hearing.

I cannot praise these people enough! They went above and beyond what I was expecting as an out of state visitor, and if I lived in that area, this practice would be my one and only. I was vacationing in the Orlando area, and all of a sudden one of the drivers on my Oticon OPN1s went completely dead. It was only the beginning of the vacation, and I was dreading having only one hearing device the whole time. Great service and hospitality. Everything was explained thoroughly. Great listening skills. The best part was that initial exam was free and helped us out in having a baseline for our hearing.
