I had my ears pierced (2nd piercing) at Alresford Beauty with Rachel, a few weeks ago. My first ear piercing was done in Guildford 30yrs ago and one hole was slightly off centre, so I was after some good advice on positioning for the second. Rachel was amazing, she took her time to look and to discuss options with me. I didn't feel rushed and the piercing itself was super quick, easy and painless. I had my first treatment with Rachel this week, and am very impressed. From booking through to appointment, the experience has been positive. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease.
