Went in before a concert for food and drinks. Madi at the desk was super welcoming, and James, Mark, and Matthew at the bar gave great service, and made amazing drinks. Perfect spot next to P&J Live for pre-concert drinks!
I did a reservation for a room. Never received a confirmation. Apparently their email was identifying as spam . They still charged me for the room I never got. I payed a cancellation fee of one day but they don’t want to listen. Absurd
Hotel is one of the newer ones, conveniently located near both the airport and TECA and with a car 15mins to downtown. Rooms are clean and well maintained, not luxury but comfortable and the bath towels are large not pinpricks. Food is good not great but is certianly value for money. One downside and a real issue for me is that they charge for parking, £15 a night which just seems ridiculous for an out of town hotel, it seems to be something that a lot of places have started doing, but why it is obnoxious as you have no choi... read more
