WORSE EVER!! Don’t take your kids here they don’t know what there talking about.
I don't see why appointments are made and my children are not see until hours later... My appointment was an hour ago, mind you I got here 20 minutes early. The last time I was here I dropped off my son's physical form to be filled out, I was told it would take 24-48 hours to get, over 48 hours later I was told if I wanted to pick it up it was at the Helotes location. Then when I was transferred to the Helotes location to see if it was even ready the girl at that location was even talking about how unprofessional the McCrele... read more
First appointment and we waited FORTY minutes after our appointment time. Only one provider for a full office. 🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁
Horrible inexperienced staff over all. They place you on hold every time you call. They do not seem interested in helping or guiding you, this is just another job for them, no interest in customer satisfaction or even care for your children. You will see a different physician assistant every time, NEVER a Doctor! I feel bad for the girls and women that work in the front, they are not properly trained neither are taught phone etiquette nor simple manners. Simply ignorant and rude!!

had a bad experience not once. I live hr away for them to not do there job the first time or second time. now they want us to go again. well I'm done with this place. or and the Dr will call you liar if your kid is to friendly and doesn't look sick then. I'm not there for jokes I'm there for results. if you wanna joke go be a clown
My kids have been seeing them since they were born all 3 of mine they are now 7,6 and almost 4 they always take there time to listen to my kids when i lost my mom about a year ago the doctor was amazing on sitting with the kids and listening to them what bothered them about there momo passing i will be forever grateful for that and all the staff nurses the front desk everyone is so nice they treat you like family and my kids love them now with baby number 4 coming without a doubt theu will be her's or his pediatrician
