worst customer service, can never get ahold of the office I go to. when there is an error in an appointment that was made the girls are always quick to blame the switch board operators. seriously need to look for a new dr for both my kids. Westover hills location, San Antonio Tx
I am very disappointed with Almouie office I have been with them for a year then I learned they were in South Austin about six months ago they are treated my daughter with ADHD for the beginning. Never had any problems with getting my daughters prescription in Corpus Christi now I’m using the South Austin location I have been told it would take 72 hour for her medication to be filled well Thursday at 10am was her appointment now it’s Sunday and no prescription of course Monday they will be closed for Labor Day so Tuesday she... read more
Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with how they handled their own mistake in swapping my children’s lab results! If I wouldn’t have questioned their results, I am more than positive they would have never went back to review them. I was hung up on, ignored and had many different answers provided by many different staff members. It took days for me to get answers and even at that all of the answer provided were inconsistent with what another staff member had told me. Minor issues and flaws with coming to this doctor office and I’m talking about a hour or more wait time, on top of having to wait even more to be seen by a nurse NOT A DOCTOR, and to make matters worse you never see the same nurse next visit, there are a lot of different PA’s. However, I have been going here for 4 years and have had enough. Absolutely disgusted with the Bulverde office. My son already had an appointment next week for vaccinations but I was told I had to also come in today for a physical. This appointment was not needed and we couldve combined the physical during next weeks appointment. You guys also allowed a family with 4 kids and 2 parents into the waiting room. What happened to how you guys were a “state of the art ventilated facility practicing social distancing” I’ll be switching my son to a new provider asap. This is ridiculous.
Went yesterday to the corpus location and the doctor was so rude. I’ve honestly have never experienced such a rude doctor. She wouldn’t give me an antibiotic when any other doctor would give me one. They always do unnecessary stuff. Definitely will not be going back!!!
RecommendedI have been taking my son to the Bulverde location since he was 4 days old. He’s my first born so I’m extremely picky when it comes to how he should be treated and from day one they have been so sweet to my son. They always put my mind at ease even if I call to ask about something. They have never once made me feel dumb for coming about something that turned out to be nothing.
