Great visit the front desk staff is very prompt. Staff was very courteous. Drs bedside manner was great! Made my son feel comfortable.
I use to love this doctors office but after my experience this past week it’s horrible. Today alone I called at 11 after being put on hold forever I️ spoke to someone asked if they could send in something stronger for my sons cough. They said they were busy with morning patients but would get to it when they were finished. Called at 3:40 only to find they sent the note to a supervisor and not the person they were suppose to send it to. Waited 2 hours to be seen. Friendly faces and courteous staff but VERY poor time management.
