These people are very unprofessional in front office I called several times for an appt and they put me on hold upto 9 min every single time and after I asked not be on hold again lady says please hold. The worst experience I've ever had with a clinic not only that took my daughter two days in a row cuz she was very sick they saw her for like a minute and didnt run no test whatsoever.Come two days later my daughter is still sick so I took her to Driscoll Children's Hospital to get a second opinion to find out she is type 1 d... read more

NEVER go to the Portland office! Completely incompetent. Not sure how they find their way to work everyday.

I am beyond disgusted with this office! I carry 2 insurances and since they were having difficulty proving who would be primary I owed $300 measly dollars. Mind you this is the insurance part. Because of this they refused to see my son. Since when does this show compassion. While I understand they need to be paid we have gone here for years. So with that being said. I will never go somewhere that a patient does not come before there finances! I rather drive hours to a place that would care about my sons well being.
