I was given the wrong lab results for my baby and the nurse(s) I spoke with gave me bad information. They gave me negative results, then a week later called, lied and told me the lab re ran the lab work and told me a new result. I called the lab and confirmed they only ran the sample once the week prior. We were going because it was close to home and the PA and Pedi were recommended my my midwife. They were both very nice and professional, but we didn't like the staff.
I hate this place n the nurses are very unprofessional. Rude n disrespectful!!! I'll never enter that place again. She let my grandson bleed all over the table n didn't wipe his blood off. Can you imagine how many babies bleed on that same table n isn't cleaned properly??!! Gross !!!!
Although I love the offices that I've taken my son to I can't stand the way the on call service is extremely rude anytime u call.
My appointment was at 10:45 & I was seen at 10:45. Staff is always friendly. They were short staffed at this last visit & the doctor let me know so, when he apologized for the 15 minute wait I waited in the examining room. I've had Almouie for years & not once have had any problems. Yes sometimes the wait can be a little long, but when we get called they are always polite and take great care of my children and to me THAT is important!! My son has been going here since birth! Always a friendly staff willing to help work with you to keep your little one healthy.
The kids loves their doctor/nurse. As of mom with 2kids on adajd medication, and one kid cp. It great that they accommodate 4 kids at one time. I have did that couple of times.
