I paid a deposit for a perm and had an appointment booked for 2:00 PM. Before the appointment, I tried calling multiple times to confirm the details, but no one picked up. When I arrived, I was told I had missed my slot by 15 minutes, even though my appointment was clearly scheduled for 2:00, not 1:45. The staff member was dismissive, claimed it wasn’t her problem, and refused to refund my deposit. This was a complete waste of both my time and money. Extremely unprofessional service—would not recommend

Don't ask for a loose perm which i did, but all I got was a bog standard tight perm which looked absolutely terrible ,which ruined my hair , didn't even offer me my money back, never going back , doesn't know the difference between a loose perm & a tight perm !! ...

Absolutely over the moon with my new hair. Had some caramel highlights put into my dark hair and they look amazing! Friendly staff and affordable prices. Couldn’t recommend more !
