Suhail was absolutely incredible - from the initial consultation, through to design, sourcing the diamond and even polishing/ resizing - he was professional, knowledgeable and a genuine guy. The ring is stunning and Suhail provided photos and updates throughout the whole process, from wax model to final polish. The diamond is perfect quality, it really glistens and he took his time sourcing them for both the engagement ring and wedding band. 10/10.

I can’t recommend Alliance Jewels enough. They designed and made my fiancé engagement ring with me from start to finish. A tiny stone fell out of my hidden halo, contacted Suhail and he got it sorted straight away and had it cleaned and polished for me! It was done in 10 minutes. Customer service is always above and beyond. 10/10 recommend.
