I joined RYP back in April after tears of yo yo dieting. Finally I have found a plan that works to deliver great results through developing a positive mindset, improved my fitness withconsistent and healthier eating. I can now keep up with my granddaughter, climb the sand dunes and go beach combing, walk for miles without feeling tired or out of breath. I have lost over 3 stones and feel more confident. I am hoping to be able to go hiking soon and climb Goat Fell on the beautiful Isle of Arran.
Not transparent with pricing and not sticking to promises
I’ve recently completed six months into the ‘Reach Your Peak’ program and things are really starting to come together. I’m hitting the majority of the goals I set with Allen when I first signed up, including: 01. Reducing my alcohol intake. 02. Eating better and ditching the on-the-go meal deals. 03. Allen Johnson is an excellent coach. He has a very no nonsense and practical approach, while being friendly and enthusiastic. His RYP programme not only covers fitness and healthy eating, but also mindset training, which has been really beneficial so far. I am really enjoying the process of making healthier changes in my life and being fully supported in the process by him. Thoroughly recommended.
