I got my kiddos off to school, but my vehicle died before I could get home. By some sort of miracle, a black car with a Packer ‘G’ on its plate pulled up behind me, the gentleman stepped out and with a motion to almost flash a badge, he showed me one better— this man flashed his name and employer on his shirt, which happened to be Allen Hyundai (he was a mechanic), the dealership 3 blocks behind me where I take my vehicle for servicing. I am a firm believer that this is by far the best dealership on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Sales Consultant, Robert Anderson, worked extra hard to get me into my 2018 Hyundai Elantra. The entire staff was very polite and had Superior Customer Service. I highly recommend everyone to join the Hyundai family!!!
I have purchased three cars from Allen Hyundai and was pleased each time. This review is for the (Lack of) Service Department. On Sept 28 I took my car in for service which included tire rotation. Yesterday (Nov 2) I had to add air due to cooler weather. I discovered that my tires HAD NOT been rotated! It makes one wonder what else is not being done! Calls to management were not returned. If you get your car serviced at Allen, make sure they do what they say.
Thank you Gary & Dawn and Allen Hyundai. Car needed new compressor for a/c, had it in stock and I'm outtahere in an hour! Since I took time off work thank you so much! Answered prayer.🙏🙏🙏 It was even covered under warranty!
Brought my car to have recalls FIXED and it left with more problems than when I brought it in. The doors won't lock, gas tank and trunk won't open from inside the car, key pad won't lock or unlock doors, and it keeps cutting off. I brought it back to them to fix because all of these things worked prior to them "fixing" the recalls. If they continue to refuse to take accountability for their shotty work I will be there with WLOX. Gave a 1 star because negative stars wasn't an option.
