The mechanic shop here either didn’t know what they were doing or just didn’t wanna help fix my Sonata that was still under bumper to bumper warranty, and customer service didn’t help us at all. I had to get in touch with the corporate office to get any thank god Hyundai in Gautier knew what they were doing and helped my family out while I was military orders. Just poor customer service and not the willing to help a customer that bought the vehicle from Allen Hyundai

Bed service
Hands down the best service department I have ever dealt with! We live in Texas and my 19 year old daughter was stranded in D'Iberville. I contacted the service department, her car was towed to them and they fixed her right up! Thank you Gary at Allen Hyundai for your excellent service and easing my mind being 2 states away from her!
Great people there . SPECIAL THANKS TO MY SALES MAN JJ. HE WAS VERY NICE. MY CAR WENT out 2 days before and I was closing on a house this week so I could not even run a credit report before closing so they let me test drive my car for 2 days till my house closed than I was about to buy this car.
