Brought my car to have recalls FIXED and it left with more problems than when I brought it in. The doors won't lock, gas tank and trunk won't open from inside the car, key pad won't lock or unlock doors, and it keeps cutting off. I brought it back to them to fix because all of these things worked prior to them "fixing" the recalls. If they continue to refuse to take accountability for their shotty work I will be there with WLOX. Gave a 1 star because negative stars wasn't an option.
Staff is dedicated in customer service to the fullest extent. Not your typical, try to put funding in their pocket dealer. They will go above and beyond, even with poor or little to no credit, preventing the hassle of a large down payment at a buy here pay here facility. Took my 2011 Maxima in to Allen and they were able to put me in a loaded 2016 for the SAME payment I had! My salesman was very nice and informative. The management and finance team was amazing. I bank at Kessler and was able to use them right there at the dealership to finance my car. It was easy and I have since recommended friends!
