Went there this past week, just wanted a soft pull to see where I stood, having only a part time job. Checked creditkarma today and found out they did 5(five) hard pulls on my credit. Why the hard pull and then 5 at that? Just plain tacky business.
Received a flyer stating if I came in I would receive a smart watch worth $399. Also if my numbers matched I would win a tv or $25,000 (didn't win these). But did get the smart watch. So when I got home I was curious about the price of the watch. Oh wow! You can get them on eBay for $14.99 or less. I WOULD CALL THIS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
Received a promo flyer and won something "worth $$$". Went last Thursday to claim my prize and got a cheap smart watch worth $14 on Amazon. Does not work with Apple IPhone. I can't even get the time to set, it's stuck. The service department was horrible years ago and this was my last visit. Sorry guys.

Worst service ever! Had my ac fixed there and I've been back 4 times with the same problem and now they are trying to charge me to diagnose my ac! Complete bulls***. I would not recommend anyone to get work done there. And of course there is no manager or anyone to talk to.
