The service was great couldn't have asked for a better place to buy from! Rusty Bond was my salesman and he had a lot of patience and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! I left extremely happy!!
We were well pleased with all the people and made to feel they had known us for years. Our salesman was Carl Rogers, and we were very pleased with him. He and all the employees were very friendly and courteous. They put us in our dream car and we love it. Hyundai Elante, we highly recommend Allen Hyundai Sales on Pass Road. We went last week for our free oil change. They rotated our tires, changed the oil and other checks. We are very pleased with them and recommend them to our family and friends.
BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Kim is wonderful and if you are shopping for a car, go to this dealership and ask for Kim! She did exactly what she said she would! Also, we shopped every hyundai within 50 miles and this was the best price THE FIRST TIME! Another dealership was almost 3,000 more with the first price and in the end got pretty close to Kim's price... But, in the end I know we made the right choice!

The worst. Guys lied about finish date, price, and what they had to do. 2weeks of lying and waiting. My friend bought his vehicle from them and they were nice the first few months and that is only because he couldn't get his vehicle for the first 3 months. Had to go up there several days in a row. Beware when getting work done here.
