Very friendly staff throughout. Very happy with service / diagnosis and follow on communication. It is a 4 star, not a 5, as the waiting area could be vastly improved: better chairs, table, etc; there was one very used magazine, so more options would be great; there was a coffee machine, but it wasn’t plugged in, it looked like it has never been used (the lady behind the desk kindly got me a coffee) and there were no biscuits, which you normally get at a main dealer service centre; the walls looks very plain, they could’ve d... read more

After unsuccessful visits to local Ford and VW centres we looked further afield and found the vehicle we wanted at Allen Ford Northampton. We spoke to Kevin Wood, a very pleasant salesman at the depot and he helped extensively to provide the smoothest transaction in the purchase of their ex-demonstration Ford Transit Connect. We are now the happy owners of a very smart works van. Thank you Kevin and Allen Ford Northampton.
