If I could give a negative 1 million I would. The absolute WORST property management company EVER. No one replies to calls, emails, and maintenance go past 4 months unattended . Would never recommend to anyone ! My garage has ben broken since move in and i unfortunately had a medical procedure in February that prohibited me from reaching, lifting, and stretching but with broke garage my recovery took longer and as of today May 11 2026 the garage is still not fixed . Worst place to rent from. Including springwoods since they are one and the same. Ac , fridge and dishwasher weren't working when we moved in. Dryer broke a month later. Water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. Contractor came in to paint the ceiling without our knowledge. AC BROKE AGAIN and it reached 95 degrees in my unit. Almost killing my indian ring neck parrot. Snowed, they did no plowing till two days later-- and didn't include overflow parking, sooo... good luck parking if someone moved your cone out of your sp... read more
