This is the place I take all of my vehicles, even the ones that are not Fords. I think they do their best to treat the customer right and it's really appreciated by someone like me thrives off of great customer service. I usually get great service from Peyton and now for the last 2 times I came in I was helped tremendously by Briant, who has excellent customer service. Thanks Briant! Everyone is so helpful and respectful of the customers. My salesperson Terry Castle was the best. I explained what I wanted and she was able to get me exactly what I asked for. I love the service department. They are very organized. And thanks to Susan Champion for letting me know about the upgrade program. All very professional at Alan Vigil Ford. The only cars my family drive.
