The service department just wasted 2 1/2 hours out of my day today. They gave me an appointment to balance my tires and fix a valve stem extender. After showing up 10 minutes early for my appointment they told me that they would not be able to keep my appointment and balance my tires. I originally scheduled my appointment with Misha in service and then I spoke to Haley and told them both that I had a 30 foot RV.
