RecommendedI dropped my Ford Fusion of to have an electrical problem worked. It took a while, but the technician troubleshot and repaired the problem efficiently and effectively, great job.
The customer service is good but servicing the vehicle is horrible. I just got my car from their shop a week ago and it has to go back. I dont know if they give you used parts or lie and say they replace things they dont but this will be my 3rd clutch in my automatic ford in 12 months. I bought my car here also. Straight lemon. I received excellent customer service from the point of inquiry to purchase. I selected a Lincoln MKC after researching and test driving several other vehicles of a different make and model. The Lincoln MKC was by far the best driving experience from handling and performance to luxury and comfort. My Mustang GT has a problem that has a knocking in the engine They say it is a characteristic to the 5.0 engine this is not a characteristic this is a flaw.
