RecommendedI made an appointment and I was first in line when the bay doors were opened. They instructed me to drive all the inside to the last person and stop, when I opened my door a young women greeted me and addressed me by name. Which I thought was very nice. I had to ask how she knew who I was and was informed that she recognized the make of the vehicle in her hand held computer and that had my name on it. I expressed interest in a vehicle and it sold quickly. I then purchased a vehicle elsewhere. I receive calls regularly still after over a month ago I told them I’ve already made a purchase elsewhere.

Both the service advisors and the sales people are great. The vehicle we purchased received a recall. I called the Terri Castle, the sales person who sold it to us, and she arranged the appointment for the service and for a loaner car for us to use while our car was being fixed. The Service advisor was Scott Gawhiler, and he was very professional and helpful.
I've been taking my truck to Allan Vigil Ford (Morrow,GA) for the last 10 years and it's the only place I trust for any service and parts for my truck. Jamie (Service Advisor) and Toy (Tech), are the reason I keep going back. Attentive, honest and caring! Give them a call for any of your car/truck needs. You'll thank me later.
Another great routine service appointment. I don’t believe there is a better dealership anywhere. The staff from top to bottom make you feel like family and go above and beyond to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. This dealership is always clean and comfortable and is one of the reasons why we’ll continue to purchase Ford/Lincoln products.
love my buick enclave..used but very nice.. took all day but very much worth it. and they loaned it to me to go run my important errands while they did paperwork...
