RecommendedThey are very good to me my last visit Ford wouldn’t cover my clutch in my car one person said it was covered and others said it’s not. My service writer is Scott he is awesome they tried to get ford to help but they did not help me

I am not at all happy with FORD, but once again Vigil Ford came through for me. My 2019 F350 developed the infamous “death wobble”. Not familiar? Google it. I was given a next day appointment and greeted by Peyton when I got there. She is a very courteous young lady. She kept me apprised throughout the day, via text messages, of what was being done. I live in newnan and already visited Mike Fitzpatrick Ford and Auto Nation in Union City before driving all the way to Allan Vigil in Morrow. I ended up being glad I did, I bought an F-150. The salesman and finance guy didn’t play games with me. Allan Vigil himself walked up and started talking to me while I was there. If Ford ever actually comes out with the Bronco I’ll probably pay them another visit.

The service Dept is extraordinary and very professional. My 2013 Taurus is serviced regularly for regular oil changes, etc. I am also greeted timely, service is performed I have every confidence in this dealership from the purchase to maintaining my vehicle for a long time. I found the vehicle that I purchased online. Made an appointment to view it. Upon arrival I was greeted cordially by several employees and made to feel at home. Another plus was meeting Alan Vigil himself while I was there.
